Amici Wine Bar & Deli

Amici Wine Bar & Deli brings together an Italian deli, wine bar and cocktail bar in the Melbourne Building on Northbourne Avenue, at the corner of London Circuit in Civic. It is set up for both lingering and taking something home, with wines, cheese, meats, hand-stretched pizzas and other deli-style treats available to enjoy at the venue or collect for later.

The deli offering also suits casual entertaining. Online orders can be collected within the hour and include cheese and charcuterie boxes, hand-stretched pizzas and DIY cannoli kits. That makes Amici a practical option for office catering, events, picnics or a get-together at home, as well as a straightforward stop when you want something to share without planning a full meal.

Inside, the venue has been described as light-filled and relaxing, with the flexibility to drop in for something to go or stay awhile. Bookings are recommended, although walk-ins are welcome. The setting and format make it suitable for a date, a catch-up over wine, a solo visit at the bar or a larger gathering. Amici can also host birthdays, hen’s parties, engagements, Christmas parties and corporate functions for up to 80 people, with an events team available to help organise the occasion.

There is a regular schedule of food and drink offers throughout the week. Spritzes are available at a special price from 4pm to 6pm daily and all day on Sunday. Tuesdays focus on bottomless pasta, while Wednesdays pair a hand-stretched pizza with an Aperol Spritz. Thursday and Friday lunch includes a choice of Beef Lasagne, Penne alla Vodka or a Margherita Pizza at the listed special price, and bottomless brunch runs from Friday to Sunday with an Aperol Spritz followed by 90 minutes of bottomless mimosas.
