BOUNCE Inc Belconnen is an indoor action and adventure park inside Westfield Belconnen, offering an active alternative to a conventional gym session. The main attraction is a large Free-Jump Arena with more than 50 interconnected trampolines, tumble tracks and banked walls, giving visitors space to jump, practise aerial skills or simply work up a sweat. The venue also includes a Big Bag for soft landings, a Wall Climb, Dodgeball courts and basketball rings positioned above runway trampolines.

For a bigger challenge, the three-tiered Cliff Jump lets visitors launch from a balcony onto a giant air bag; the website states that participants must be at least 110cm tall. The Wall is designed for freestyle tricks and wall running, while the High Performance area is intended for greater bounce, skills development and more advanced manoeuvres. X-Park combines obstacles into individual challenges or a circuit with different difficulty levels, although it has a 125cm height requirement and requires lace-up, flat-soled, closed-toe sports or skate shoes.

The space is built around energetic, physical play rather than passive entertainment. Younger children have their own options. The miniBOUNCE Zone is for walking-age children up to 110cm tall or under five, while the Soft Play Arena encourages play and skill progression. There are no general age restrictions, but miniBOUNCERS must be able to walk without assistance, and trampoline users need BOUNCE grip socks. The venue is air-conditioned and has an on-site café for drinks, snacks or a casual meal, though outside self-catering is not allowed. BOUNCE also runs hosted, miniBOUNCER and unhosted parties, and says its venues have delivered more than 100,000 parties across 13 countries.
