The Big Pauly house blend combines beans from Brazil, Costa Rica, India, Papua New Guinea and Ethiopia, creating a full-bodied profile designed to work well with milk. Cornerstone is a lighter-roasted house blend with hazelnut and toffee notes. For different espresso styles, the 36P Northern blend is dark and chocolate-led, while 36P Southern takes a lighter approach with beans from Costa Rica, Colombia and El Salvador. Neutral Grounds also offers wholesale specialty coffee alongside its café service.

The business began as a family idea in Belconnen and was established in 2016.
