Trove Canberra is a cooperative shop in Dickson featuring handmade goods created by artists, designers and makers from the Canberra region. Its changing collection brings together practical pieces, gifts and decorative works, with everything locally designed and made. The range spans ceramics and pottery, jewellery, clothing for babies, children and adults, candles, bath and body products, homewares, original and print art, knit and crochet work, woodworking, chocolate, baked treats and spices. The cooperative began in 2014, established by Canberra-region craftspeople who wanted a bricks-and-mortar venue where local makers could sell their work and meet customers directly. After earlier locations in Braddon, Gold Creek and Civic, Trove moved to its current Dickson shop in 2019. Today it continues to provide an affordable retail outlet for local makers, alongside a supportive creative community. The shop is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm, with occasional Sundays.
