The signature Tzimmy is the clearest place to start. It combines a choice of chargrilled chicken, lamb, beef brisket or falafel with chips, tzatziki, tomato, onion, parsley and paprika. The chicken version uses Australian chicken, chargrilled and finished with a lemon baste and the restaurant’s seasoning. Its accompanying Yia Yia’s Chips are made with Tasmanian potatoes and seasoned with sea salt and oregano. Other pita options include the Hermes with chicken, roasted red peppers, Zeus slaw, garlic aioli, spicy feta and bukovo flakes; the Hades with chicken, salad ingredients, garlic aioli, Greekamole and feta; and the Minotaur, pairing beef brisket with slaw, pickled onions, garlic aioli and barbecue sauce.
